Since then, he has held a number of positions within the construction and civil engineering company. Among other things, he has been a project controller in Africa, a finance controller, and finance manager for the company's internal bank in Sweden and Switzerland. In addition, he has been finance manager for the group's project exports focused on extensive civil engineering and construction projects in Africa, Asia, South America, and Europe, with a focus on waterworks, tunnels, roads, and bridges. For the past 10 years, he has been CFO in construction and civil engineering with personnel responsibility for five people and has worked operationally with qualified accounting issues, financial statements, project follow-up, currency hedging, taxes, and business systems. He has also established a Slovakian group company branch in Sweden and set up system and reporting structures for subsidiaries in the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia.
