Interim Search continues to grow and is now looking for a full-time recruitment assistant to strengthen the research team.
Interim Search was founded in 2012 and is a fast-growing company, named both Gasellbolag by Dagens Industri and Superföretag by Veckans affärer.
We are a recruitment company that is completely focused on appointing temporary managers on assignment and works with the whole of Sweden as a market. Interim Search has a turnover of about SEK 150 million this year and at present we are fifteen people at the head office which is centrally located at Karlavägen 73 in Stockholm, and two people at our Gothenburg office.
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will be part of a team of experienced professionals and report to the Research Manager.
Job responsibilities:
- Research work - identifying candidates for ongoing recruitment assignments in close cooperation with our Recruitment Consultants.
- Create candidate presentations for our clients.
- Telephone interviews and reference checks.
- Handling of applications.
- Update of CRM system.
