We are looking for a fast and curious Recruitment Researcher with a high drive who wants to work dedicatedly together with one of Interim Search's recruitment consultants. .
Together, we run highly precise recruitment processes, giving you the opportunity to contribute to the appointment of qualified specialists and managers – often in listed or global companies with well-known brands.
This is a central and business-oriented role where you will be involved in the entire process: from meetings with customers, research, and selection to interviews, customer contact, and administration. You will be an important part of a team where the key success factors are fast and accurate feedback, a high level of service, and clear communication at all levels. You will play a key role in ensuring fast and accurate deliveries to our customers.
Your main responsibilities
- Together with the recruitment consultant, be responsible for the delivery process of senior interim consultants and ensure a high level of service to our customers.
- Identify candidates for current assignments through research.
- Conduct screening interviews with interim consultants.
- Schedule meetings, manage internal and external coordination, work closely with the recruitment consultant on everything from start-up to presentation and agreement.
- Manage information in the CRM system and ensure quality in documentation.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to continued growth.
Who we are looking for
- You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, research, sales support, or similar roles.
- Academic degree or equivalent experience.
- A curious, fearless, and proactive person who thrives in fast-paced and changing environments.
- Strong communication skills and confident in dialogue with managers and leaders.
- Fast, structured, thorough, and efficient.
- Accustomed to delivering a very high level of service and acting proactively.
