Interim Search has a turnover of SEK 360 million and consists of 40 employees in offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Gävle and Malmö. At present, we employ about 200 consultants on assignments with our customers.

We are grateful and proud of our growth journey and are now looking for the next person to join the team. In the role of Recruitment Assistant/Researcher, you will be part of a research team consisting of thirteen employees and work closely with an experienced recruitment consultant on site in Gävle. You will be a significant part of driving fast, accurate deliveries and appointments to our clients.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact candidates suitable for current assignments
  • Interview senior interim consultants, mainly by phone, and evaluate ideal match for assignments
  • Together with the recruitment consultant, be responsible for everything from start-up meetings with the client, requirement specifications, advertising, search strategy to presentation and contract writing
  • Manage information in our CRM system during each assignment process
  • Help us find new customers by identifying and qualifying new target companies
  • Create clear and representative candidate presentations to our clients
  • Ensure a positive experience for our candidates and continuously manage applications in our system
