Interim COO/Project Manager

You will have a central role in ensuring that products and processes deliver the highest quality. The work involves building and structuring test environments, maintaining order and documenting results in a methodical way.

It is important that you can take initiative, question the status quo and actively contribute to improvements. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to ”roll up your sleeves” to drive both small and large projects.

Main tasks:

• Oversee mechanical and electrical engineering projects, including functional testing and maintenance.
• Building and structuring test environments to ensure product functionality.
• Document the progress and results of the projects carefully.
• Lead, inspire and develop your team with staff responsibility for three employees.
• Work closely with the CEO and other parts of the organization to ensure that business objectives are achieved.

To be eligible for the role, you must:

• Relevant technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering
• Experience in leadership and personnel management.
• Practical experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, with an interest in functionality and innovation.
• you have a structured and solution-oriented mindset and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience in documentation and project management.

About the process

The assignment starts in December and is expected to last for 6 to 9 months full-time with good opportunities for employment.
