Interim Warehouse Manager

Main duties: 

• Manage and run the work in the warehouse production, from goods reception, picking and sorting ready for loading on distribution truck, order to delivery
• Responsible for health and safety in production at the plants, 2 in the Stockholm area.
• Developing working practices, skills and staff
• Create KPIs and processes for monitoring operations, managing inventory and optimizing resources
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities in warehouse operations and logistics
• Staff responsibility for approximately 700 employees of which 20 % hired with the help of 3 heads of department and 1 site manager, including 4 managers.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Probably Academic training in relevant field
• Solid background as a leader in warehousing, logistics and production management
• Understanding of e-commerce and B2C with a strong focus on the customer experience
• Experience in high volume handling in a dynamic and changing environment
• Solid experience in trade union relations and in conducting trade union negotiations and labor law
• Preferably experience with the E-commerce agreement
• Good experience of working with key figures
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

About the process: 

The assignment is expected to last for 6 months starting immediately. We will present candidates to the client company on February 9 and interviews will take place the following day.
