Interim Site Manager

In the role of interim Site Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the work flows and that the desired changes are implemented in a meritorious manner. You are responsible for solving knots in a matrix organization in parallel with responsibility for stock.

Main duties:

• Site manager for facility with both white-collar and blue-collar workers.
• Secure deliveries and that desired change projects land well with those concerned.
• Play a coordinating and problem-solving role for other functions such as purchasing and orders.
• Managing the daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure correct purchase orders and that customer orders are picked.
• Dialogue with local trade union regularly.
• Sub-project management of improvement projects.

• You have extensive experience in a similar role in the near future.
• You have experience in a leadership role in a matrix organization.
• You are experienced in coaching, informing and delegating to achieve the desired effect.
• You are calm and confident in a challenging work environment.
• You are used to driving change.
• Experience with Movex and M3 is an advantage.

About the process:
