Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Warehouse Manager for a billion-dollar company with operations in Södermanland
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for the 32,000 sqm warehouse
- Management and staff responsibility for 35 employees
- Ultimately responsible for the security of the warehouse
- Develop and build the team through confident leadership
- Ensure processes are followed, and updated if necessary
- Follow up on KPIs
- Contact with suppliers
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience in a leading role in warehouse operations, preferably in handling heavy products
- Management experience
- Educational and coaching
- Accurate and punctual with a high work ethic
- Available for work (flex) between 06-18
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- The mission is carried out on site at the client company
About the process:
The assignment is full-time starting immediately or as agreed and is expected to last for 1-6 months and then become a permanent position with the company.
