Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Senior Warehouse Manager for a major company
located in Mälardalen.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Overall responsibility for running and developing the client's central warehouse.
- Continuous change management based on the development of priority areas - safety, quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Responsible for leading and developing the local management team and providing them with the right conditions to manage and coach the staff in the area of responsibility.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations and all company procedures & policies, such as the company's code of conduct & rules of order and safety.
- Independently drive the development of improvement work according to LEAN methodology.

- Reports to the Chief Operational Manager.
To be eligible for the role:
- Post-secondary education in logistics and warehousing or equivalent professional skills.
- Experience in supply chain and complex flows.
- Several years of experience in a management role in Warehouse or Logistics operations.
- Experience in LEAN work.
- Recognized successful change leader.
- Structured, relationship-building good leader with business acumen.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately six months, starting immediately, with a scope of 100 %.
Work is carried out on site at the customer's premises.
