Interim Vice President Digital Marketing

Main duties:

• Driving change related to digitalization, growth, reorganization and development of commercial activities
• Part of the management team
• Several direct reporting Nordic
• Responsible for strategic and operational management of the sales organization
• Develop the sales and marketing function to meet targets in line with the company's strategy
• Responsible for sales, results, and achieving budget targets
• Implement and develop KPIs and activities to meet these
• Develop direct reporting managers in terms of leadership and goal management
• Develop performance management processes for sales staff
• Continuously develop and optimize customer offerings
• Overall management of market planning and development of market position

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Several years of experience in driving and managing digital sales
• Background from a high-transaction digital environment, such as telecom or fintech
• Experience from management team work
• Documented leadership experience
• Good knowledge of English and fluent in one of the Nordic languages

About the process: 

The assignment is expected to last 6 months starting in the first quarter of 2021 with the clear intention of transitioning to an employment with the client company after the end of the assignment. We present candidates on December 4 and interviews at the client company take place in connection with this.
