Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO to a retail company with a turnover of approximately SEK 500 million in southwestern Sweden.
Main duties:
- The primary task is to lead the company to profitability.
- Full responsibility for the company's results and personnel.
- Focus on increasing sales and ensuring that the right products are in the portfolio.
- Reporting to the board and owners.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience of having successfully implemented a turnaround in the role of CEO.
- Solid background in retail in a leadership position (at least 10 years).
- International leader with the ability to lead remotely.
- The right candidate will see opportunities with an attractive options program.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and starts immediately. It is expected to last for six months, after which it will transition into permanent employment with the company.
