Interim Search AB is looking for an Interim Unit Manager for a municipality in Gästrikland. Experienced manager / leader who has experience of coordinating and implementing major change processes.
In your role as Interim Unit Manager, your assignment will primarily have the following overall responsibilities: Business development, change management, and planning and structuring within your area of responsibility.
Main duties:
- Direct responsibility for 25 staff.
- Structure and develop the unit within the area of responsibility.
- Define objectives and manage ongoing projects and activities.
- Exercise trust-based and strategic leadership during a period of change.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Solid management experience & strategic leadership.
- Experience in a politically governed organization.
- Experience in managing complex change projects - planning activities and projects well in advance and taking possible changes into account.
- Project management experience.
- Academic education.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 6-8 months, starting immediately. We present candidates on November 7. Location Gävle or at a reasonable commuting distance.
