Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Unit Manager for a public administration in the Gothenburg area.
Main duties
- Personnel management over some 30 employees
- Follows the organization's guidelines and expectations
- Part of the management team
- Participate actively in ongoing development work
To stay up to date:
- Several years of management experience
- Experience of working in the public sector. Municipality, region or state
- Relevant higher education
A background in health, social care or rehabilitation is an advantage. Furthermore, you are a confident and experienced leader with good communication skills. You can be straightforward and clear, but also sensitive and diplomatic.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, expected to last up to 6 months with immediate start. Presentation of the candidate is ongoing.
