Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Unit Manager in customer service development. The client company is a large public authority located in Stockholm.
In the role of interim Unit Manager, you are tasked with operationally driving digitization projects within the customer service function and leading a group of ten employees.
Main duties:
- Channel shift from office to digital.
- Change projects aimed at developing the business.
- Part of the management team and involved in formulating business objectives.
- Responsibility for staff, budget and performance of the customer service function.
- Cooperation with the other six heads of unit responsible for the operational customer service units.
Who we are looking for:
- You have experience as a manager in driving improvement and developing businesses.
- You have strong operational skills and enjoy working hands-on.
- You have experience working in contact center and customer service.
About the process:
