Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Maintenance Manager to a leading company in the production of advanced turned components. The company is part of a larger group and is one of Sweden's leading players in its field.
Main duties:
- Personnel responsibility for four employees with a focus on coaching and development.
- Plan and implement preventive and ongoing maintenance (e.g., TPM/RCM) to optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean/5S) and digitization within the department.
- Close cooperation with the Production Manager and other departments.
- Property manager
To be eligible for the role:
- Documented knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting on advanced CNC machine tools, including PLC, mechanics, and hydraulics/pneumatics.
- Experience of maintenance work/technical responsibility in a manufacturing industry (engineering, machinery, or automotive industry).
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing a small team of technicians.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately and is expected to last for 6 months, after which it may transition into permanent employment.
