Interim Team manager B2B

In your role as Team Manager B2B, we are looking for you with solid experience from Retail (Grocery or related industry). This position suits you who like complex sales and are passionate about long-term customer relationships. With a strong owner and forward-thinking team behind you - and with a superior product range, you will have the best starting point to be able to perform at the top level.

Main duties:

• Helping to internally rationalize and merge a number of B2B teams.
• Creative and strategic work to exploit growth opportunities in B2B.
• Analyzing KPIs in order to increase growth in general as well as for specific retailers.
• Requirements manager and close collaboration with other departments to best optimize processes, customer experiences B2B, e-commerce and directly in stores.
• Building the “Customer Success” Team in the Electronics category.
• You report to the management team of the company.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Solid experience from Retail, B2B, E-commerce as Growth Manager or Account manager.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and commercial understanding.
• Strong ability to transform data into insight and to turn insight into action.
• Academic degree or equivalent.

About the process:
