Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Maintenance Manager to a medium-sized company in the Falun region. In the role of Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for the business that conducts remedial and preventive maintenance in a business with about 70 different machine groups divided into about 20 technicians who work daytime, 2 shifts, 3 shifts with weekend standby. You report to the Site Manager and are part of the management team.
Main duties:
- Staff responsibility for ensuring that maintenance and service is carried out in accordance with the company's objectives and guidelines
- The group has a high average age so there will be a lot of focus on recruitment
- The business has recently been taken over from an external company, so you need to work actively to integrate the business
- Actively contribute to the development of the production organization
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Solid successful management experience
- Experience in service and maintenance in the manufacturing industry
- Extensive experience in recruitment
- A personality that aligns with the company's culture and values
