Interim Strategisk Inköpare – Operativt fokus
Interim Search har fått förtroendet att tillsätta en Strategisk Inköpare till ett expansivt internationellt bolag inom Facility Management (FM) med starkt fokus på hållbarhet. Bolaget befinner sig i en intensiv utvecklingsfas med fokus på effektivisering och affärsmässig styrning. Detta är ett uppdrag för dig som vill kombinera strategiskt tänkande med operativt genomförande i en miljö med högt tempo och stor påverkan. I rollen har du en central position och arbetar nära både verksamhet och leverantörer för att driva inköpsarbetet framåt och skapa affärsmässiga, hållbara lösningar. Du får direkt påverkan på affär och resultat och blir en nyckelspelare i en kritisk fas.
Main duties:
- Conduct procurement of contractors and ensure cost-effective supplier solutions.
- Act as support for operations and serve as the link between the business, suppliers, and business development.
- Responsible for category management, spend analysis, follow-up, and development of the supplier base.
- Streamline purchasing processes and contribute to reducing the number of suppliers.
- Implement new working methods and ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements.
- Exercise indirect leadership by coaching and guiding internally and influencing suppliers toward increased quality and sustainability.
- Working with products and services that strengthen the company's sustainability efforts.
- You will work strategically, logically, and operationally to strengthen the focus on dialogue and cooperation between different departments internally.
- Internally support managers with subcontractors
To be eligible for the role:
- Do you have experience in operational purchasing within FM, installation, industry, technology, or construction?.
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel and are accustomed to analysis and follow-up.
- Do you have experience in construction law and working closely with operational organizations?.
- Do you have experience combining strategic purchasing with operational tasks and hands-on work?.
- Do you have the ability to exercise indirect leadership and drive change through collaboration, structure, and coaching?.
- Do you have a humble, analytical, and business-minded attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment with complex workflows?.
- Do you have experience in project management or change management?.
- Do you have experience in purchasing, follow-up, or subcontract management?.
- A relevant academic degree or higher vocational education in purchasing, law, or economics is an advantage.
