Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Strategic Purchasing Manager for the Professional Services category.
We are looking for a driving, business-minded and strategic purchasing manager who has experience of, among other things, developing strategies, driving continuous improvement work, developing business, conducting negotiations and establishing and implementing cost-effective framework agreements and agreements. You are part of a team with many contacts both internally and externally. You are based at the company's locations, which are located in 6 locations in Sweden.
Main duties:

Negotiations with consultancy providers focusing on technical services, but also on HR and communication etc.

Develop strategies in purchasing the category.

Developing business.

Improvement, efficiency and savings work.

Establish and implement cost-effective framework agreements and contracts.
To be eligible for the role:

Experience in strategic sourcing roles and preferably with a focus on professional services or similar sourcing of consulting services.

negotiation skills.

Experience in contract law, law and contract drafting.

Communicative, relationship building and ability to create good and long-term partnerships both internally and externally.

Swedish and English, spoken and written.
About the assignment
