Interim Site Manager

Job responsibilities

• Lead and manage parts of the business as delegated by the Head of Transport.
• Responsible for the operation of the company's traffic and that it is carried out in the most efficient way possible within the given conditions (laws, contracts, policies).
• Engage, Enthuse and Motivate employees
• Establish leading practice for the performance of tasks in operational activities.
• Ensure that employees comply with laws, regulations, policies and procedures and act on deviations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant control systems.
• Report outcomes and actions on a daily/weekly/monthly and annual basis.

Who we are looking for

• Previously worked in transportation, logistics or production.
• Experience in managing and motivating large groups of employees in different positions
• Experience working with trade unions
• Very good communication skills in speech and writing (Swedish, English).
• Experience of working towards set targets and driving a cost-effective approach.
