Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Site Manager for a company in the sustainability and logistics industry. The company has a turnover of 550 million and has about 45 employees. You have staff responsibility and report directly to the COO.
Main duties:
- Run and develop factory operations, implement maintenance systems, daily management and lead 3 shifts.
- Manage and develop two operations managers, increase collaboration between shift teams, and have a lot of contact with the logistics and flow team.
- Evaluate and improve operations on an ongoing basis and ensure improvements and quality through on-site presence.
- Budget and staff responsibilities.
To be eligible for the role:
- Civil engineer or similar technical background.
- Experienced leader with production knowledge in line and flow production.
- Experience in implementing and working with maintenance systems and daily management of operations.
- Experienced leader with the ability to develop employees and increase collaboration.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to start as soon as possible. The duration of the assignment is estimated at 6-8 months on site 5 days a week. We present candidates to the customer on 25/3 with subsequent customer interviews in the days after.
