Interim Site Manager

Main duties:

• Ensure the highest level of customer service with a confident and highly motivated workforce resulting in profitable growth in the short and long term
• Leading the organization through its management team
• Communication with customers, both verbally and via reports
• Full P/L responsibility
• Working on organizational improvements and efficiency to drive profitability
• Responsible for environmental issues and safety

To be eligible for the role:

• Has solid experience as a Site Manager
• Heavy leadership profile
• Clear in its communication both towards customers and internally
• Extensive experience in third-party logistics/logistics experience
• Great understanding in working with only one large customer
• Experience with complex tasks in a complex environment
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

About the process:

The assignment will start no later than the beginning of January 2025 and is expected to last until July 2026. Scope 100 %. The work will be carried out on site at the customer's premises.
