Interim Senior Tech Lead

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Responsible for the technical strategy and development of systems for hotel and retail operations, including booking platforms, POS, payment solutions and pricing engines
• Lead a team of 5-7 IT Service Managers and System Specialists, with full staff responsibility
• Manage and develop cooperation with external suppliers and technology partners (vendor management)
• Ensure that systems and platforms are scalable, secure and in line with the company's growth ambitions
• Drive initiatives on systems management, life cycle management and governance
• Support the business in hotel and retail processes and act as a link between business and technology

To be eligible for the role:

• Many years of experience leading IT teams and projects in hospitality, retail or similar industries
• Proven experience with ERP, POS and e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of pricing, distribution and revenue management systems
• Experience in stakeholder management and working closely with the business
• Strategic and operational skills - used to translating business objectives into technical solutions
• Structured, delivery focused and with good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Academic degree in computer science, systems development or similar field

About the process:

The assignment starts immediately, is full-time and is expected to last 6-12 months. We will present candidates on 25/9 and interviews with the client company will take place on 26/9.
