Interim Senior Logistics Coordinator

In the role of Interim Logistics Coordinator you have a broad responsibility to ensure quality towards suppliers, customers and consultants. You report directly to the Logistics Director. The company has a turnover of approximately 550 MSEK and 200 employees.

Main duties:

• Work management and functional responsibilities.
• Book transportation and invoicing.
• Count the surcharge.
• Distribute documents for each delivery.
• Assessment and follow-up of our Freight Forwarders.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Good experience in shipping, export with general cargo and sea transportation.
• Ability to work at a strategic level and to be operational and present.
• At least a high school diploma in economics, engineering or social sciences.
• Very good spoken and written knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Several years of experience working with shipping administration and costing.
  Knowledge and experience of working in the Movex ERP system or similar.
• Socially competent with the ability to interact with other interfaces in the organization in a way that ensures good communication is maintained.

About the process:

The assignment is initially for 6 months and starts immediately. We present candidates to the customer on an ongoing basis and the last day for registration of interest is April 18.
