Interim Search AB has been commissioned to appoint an interim logistics coordinator with location Strängnäs (Södermanland)
In the role of Interim Logistics Coordinator you have a broad responsibility to ensure quality towards suppliers, customers and consultants. You report directly to the Logistics Director. The company has a turnover of approximately 550 MSEK and 200 employees.
Main duties:
- Work management and functional responsibilities.
- Book transportation and invoicing.
- Count the surcharge.
- Distribute documents for each delivery.
- Assessment and follow-up of our Freight Forwarders.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Good experience in shipping, export with general cargo and sea transportation.
- Ability to work at a strategic level and to be operational and present.
- At least a high school diploma in economics, engineering or social sciences.
- Very good spoken and written knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Several years of experience working with shipping administration and costing.
Knowledge and experience of working in the Movex ERP system or similar. - Socially competent with the ability to interact with other interfaces in the organization in a way that ensures good communication is maintained.
About the process:
The assignment is initially for 6 months and starts immediately. We present candidates to the customer on an ongoing basis and the last day for registration of interest is April 18.
