Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Senior Recruitment Manager to a public authority based in Gävle. You will be part of a team of 18 employees and will work closely with recruiting managers and department heads. The role reports directly to the unit manager.
Main duties:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis to final presentation.
- Conduct proactive search efforts to identify and evaluate management candidates, including the use of recruitment tools.
- Participate in improving and optimizing recruitment processes.
To be eligible for the role:
- 10-15 years of experience in successful executive recruitment.
- Very good knowledge of how to run recruitment processes independently from start to finish.
- Experience with the Visma and Assesio business systems is an advantage.
About the process:
