Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Sales Training Driver for a company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Run sales training, coaching and support of sales teams in their daily operational work.
- Holding workshops and sales trainings in B2B.
- Actively participate in customer dialogs through co-visits, coaching and supporting both cold and warm sales activities together with the account team.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow the business.
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant training and certification in sales, coaching or similar.
- You are a confident and inspiring communicator who drives and is happy to educate, train, hold workshops and motivate.
- You have several years of experience in operational B2B sales and coaching sales teams.
- You thrive in a hands-on role where you actively participate in customer dialogs, co-visits and sales calls.
- You have the ability to translate strategy into concrete sales behavior and drive change in teams of varying maturity.
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately, covers up to full time and is expected to last for about 6 months. Presentation of candidates to the customer takes place continuously and interviews with the customer company take place in close connection.
