Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales Strategist/Coach to a company in Stockholm.
In the role of interim Sales Strategist/Coach, we are looking for a natural leader to support the company's sales organization working with complex service sales.
Main tasks:
- Act as coaching support to the sales manager and sales organization.
- Building the sales culture within the organization, creating structure in sales processes.
- Participate and follow up all the different activities of the sales organization.
- Understand and develop sales for a challenging target group.
- Analysis, strategic planning and KPIs.
Who we are looking for:
- You are an unpretentious, natural and committed leader.
- You have many years of experience as a sales manager.
- You are used to sales strategies, analysis and statistics and to developing sales processes.
About the process:
