Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales Manager to a Swedish group with headquarters in Stockholm and factory and customer service Norrköping. Customers are retailers such as Beijer, Byggmax and Bolist as well as construction companies such as Skanska and JM. The sales organization consists of 10 salespeople including customer service. You should be on site in Norrköping about 3 days per week.

To be eligible for the role
- 10+ years of experience as a sales manager in B2B business, preferably related to construction industry or industrial business.
- Good leader with experience in leading sales teams and getting the organization on board in change management.
- Implemented radical price change strategies.
- Analytical skills, i.e. ability to understand product groups, production costs.
About the process
The mission will start by the beginning of May at the latest and is expected to last throughout 2022 with the possibility of extension.
