Interim Sales Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales Manager to an international company with the ambition to increase its business with biometric access solutions. The company is listed on the Nordic stock exchange and work is done from home offices with travel in the US and Europe.
Main duties:
- Responsible for the sales strategy and sales of the start-up business area in biometric entrance and access solutions.
- Address primary target group of enterprise customers with high security requirements, e.g. airports, data centers, nuclear power plants.
- Work is done from home offices and travel to the US and Europe.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in proprietary enterprise sales of entrance and access solutions.
- Experience in building and developing business area in entrance and access solutions.
- Experience of working with clients with higher security requirements.
- Good knowledge of the sales chain for enterprise customers in entrance and access solutions.
- Experience in creating and developing partnerships with distributors, integrators and other stakeholders in the sales chain.
- Meritorious if you have worked at Assa Abloy or similar or one of its distributors.
- Communicates fluently in English and Swedish in speech and writing.
The assignment is full-time and starts on January 16 and is expected to last 9-12 months. About the the interim solution If all goes well, the ambition is that the interim assignment can turn into a permanent position.
