Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales Manager for a major company in the energy sector.
Main duties:
- Lead and develop the sales organization (13 people) to ensure the success of the strategic shift and build strong customer relationships over time
- Responsible for selling the company's business portfolio - from infrastructure to smart energy solutions of the future
- Participate in the work towards being the customer's natural partner in all energy matters
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- MBA/Civil Engineering or equivalent education
- Experience in Sales Manager role at least 5 years
- Experience in complex B2B sales (experience in the energy, real estate or telecom sector is an advantage)
- Experience in managing development and change
- Customer and sales focused
- Goal- and result-oriented
- Ability to balance between operational and strategic perspective
About the process:
