Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Sales Manager B2B for a company within energy retail.
Main responsibilities:;
- Reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing
- Personnel responsibility for sales team of 6 people
- Responsible for the B2B segment, you will have a key role in driving sales and growth
- You will be responsible for ensuring that sales processes are scalable, profitable and efficient to achieve high customer satisfaction
- As a leader, dare to challenge previous ways of working, drive your own sales, work closely with your salespeople and maintain a high sales pulse and drive a sales culture of presence, unpretentiousness and commitment
To be eligible for the role;
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, as Sales Manager/
Sales manager, with staff responsibility - Ability to think strategically and structurally work with scalable processes based on data-driven analysis and decisions
- Strong understanding of profitability and efficiency in sales processes
- Can demonstrate good results of driven sales organization transformation
- Good negotiation skills, experience in procurement and tendering would be an advantage
- As a person and leader, you are result-oriented with a high level of self-drive and an experienced change leader who acts with courage, poise and clarity
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
About the process;
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last 6 months. Start in the second half of October.
Candidates will be presented on 16/10 and customer interviews will be held on 18/10.
