Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales and Business Area Manager for a growth company in Facility Management with a turnover of 145 million and headquarters in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim Sales and Business Area Manager, with your experience of successfully navigating through change, you will be a key person in ensuring progress and efficiency within the sales team, in parallel with establishing a strong foundation for the company's new business area.
Main duties:
- Manage and be responsible for a sales team of around 20 people.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the business area.
- Analyze, create structures and implement processes for the business area.
- Development of the sales function.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience from a similar position or assignment in both small and medium-sized organizations in Facility Management or Real Estate.
- Experience working with decision makers in Facility Management or the Real Estate industry.
- Experience in business development.
- Experience in actively driving change and implementing structure.
- Good leadership skills.
