Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Researcher/Recruiter for a fast-moving company in the media industry.
In the role of Researcher/Recruiter, you will play an important role in the HR team. You will independently coordinate, search and recruit internally for the company, following instructions from HR, internal managers and employees. You will report to the Head of HR.
Job responsibilities:
- Independent research and recruitment work as assigned by internal teams and hiring managers
- Identify different research channels to attract the right skills and target audience
- Identify and communicate information about current open roles within the organization
- Manage multiple parallel recruitment processes, including initial assessments, interviews and offers.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have many years of experience in recruitment and research in a similar industry
- You are used to managing different recruitment channels and social media
- You are creative, proactive and independent in your work
- You are used to being responsible for planning and tailoring your days
- You are agile, enjoy fast-paced work and want to contribute with energy and commitment
About the process:
The assignment is intended to last at least 6 months starting immediately. We will present candidates to the client on September 17.
