Interim Recruitment Consultant

Our client company has an ambitious growth agenda and needs to reinforce their internal recruitment team with an experienced interim Recruitment Consultant during an expansive period. You will report to their Head of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with the European recruitment team.

In the role of Interim Recruitment Consultant:

• You independently manage internal recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Works actively with search - seeks out interesting people at target companies.
• Manages advertising via the Taleo tool and screens applications received.
• Is the contact person for external recruitment agencies and partners.
• Works proactively with the hiring managers.

To be eligible for the assignment:

• Have you worked for a few years as a Recruitment Consultant either at a recruitment agency or in-house at an international company.
• Have experience in recruiting senior people in IT or similar technical roles
• Speaks fluent Swedish and English.
• Are you commercial and used to attracting candidates for new positions?.
• Are you stimulated by challenges and enjoy working in a knowledge-intensive company.

About the process:
