Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Quality Manager for a company that is a market leader in its niche.
Main duties:
- Management and customer representative in quality matters. Monitoring and reporting of quality objectives/key performance indicators to management
- Responding to customer and regulatory requirements on quality issues
- Promote awareness of customer requirements in the organization
- Be the internal and external contact - the company's representative - in matters related to quality
- That audits (internal/external) on quality are carried out to an appropriate extent
- Identify training needs in the area of responsibility
- Ensure that the company's obligations, procedures, laws, regulations and objectives under the quality management system are met
- Personnel responsibilities for direct reports
- Regular departmental meetings
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience as Quality Manager in the automotive industry
- Experience in management team work
- ISO
- IATF is desirable
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6 months starting January 22. We will present candidates on January 17, and interviews with the client will take place on January 18.
