Interim Search AB has been commissioned to appoint an interim Project Manager / Operations Manager to a company in land & construction that is in a major change process.
During the ongoing process of change within the group, the client company needs the help of an interim Project Manager / Supervisor in land and construction.
Main duties:
- Plan the projects and ensure that the right resources and skills are available.
- Manage planning over the year and the next 3-5 years.
- Tender work involving client meetings, costing and tender writing and actively seeking new projects.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations - e.g. the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Be responsible for purchasing.
- Where appropriate, be responsible for project design.
- Establish timetables, QEM (Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety) plans and other administration required for project implementation.
- Ensuring the financial management of projects (invoicing, certification of invoices, follow-up, etc.)
- Cooperate with other companies in the group.
- Reporting directly to the Group CEO.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Relevant education, preferably university, or several years of experience in similar tasks.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Knowledge of AMA, LOU, BAS P+U
- good written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated, committed and actively working towards set goals.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately and is expected to last 6 months.
