Interim Production Manager

Main duties:

• Operationally manage and organize the work of the daily production activities with 40 employees
• Ensure quality and risk-free production and delivery reliability of products
• Ensuring the correct framework to achieve the desired quantity, quality and cost
• Ensure compliance with policies, systems, processes and external regulatory requirements
• Involved in the production's strategic improvement work and target management
• Responsible for employee development and creating motivation and commitment in the team
• Reporting to the Production Manager

To be eligible for the role, you have: 

• Solid experience as a production manager or production supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• A coaching and present leadership with good knowledge in human resources and labor law
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

About the process:

The assignment (2528) is expected to start in week 15 and last for 6 months. The service is performed in shifts. Closed during summer weeks 28-31.

Presentation of candidates will take place on March 21 and interviews with the client company will take place on March 22.
