Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Production Manager to a company in Jönköping County.
Main duties:
- Operationally manage and organize the work of the daily production activities with 40 employees
- Ensure quality and risk-free production and delivery reliability of products
- Ensuring the correct framework to achieve the desired quantity, quality and cost
- Ensure compliance with policies, systems, processes and external regulatory requirements
- Involved in the production's strategic improvement work and target management
- Responsible for employee development and creating motivation and commitment in the team
- Reporting to the Production Manager
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Solid experience as a production manager or production supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- A coaching and present leadership with good knowledge in human resources and labor law
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
About the process:
The assignment (2528) is expected to start in week 15 and last for 6 months. The service is performed in shifts. Closed during summer weeks 28-31.
Presentation of candidates will take place on March 21 and interviews with the client company will take place on March 22.
