Main duties:
- Operational management role as production manager
- Working closely with the team
- Steering work to deliver against targets
- Dialogue and cooperation with trade union safety representatives
- Safety and health issues
- Reports to the site manager
To be eligible for the role:
- Experienced and confident leader who is passionate about developing their people
- +5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in safety and health at work
- Worked in a productive environment
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately and lasting about 6 months.
