Interim Product Manager

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Product Manager/Brand Manager for Sweppes & Dr Pepper at Spendrups Bryggerier AB. The role is part of Team Alkoholfritt Partner, Spendrups' marketing department, which manages brands owned by external partners/principals. The Spendrups Group has 900 employees and a turnover of SEK 3.3 billion. The position is based at the head office in Vårby, south of Stockholm.

Your mission is to strengthen the brand in the long term so that it has the best commercial impact on the Swedish market. You will establish and implement a marketing plan containing product range, media, and communication strategies based on the principal's guidelines. You will be responsible for briefing and planning promotions together with the customer marketing department. Initiate and lead various internal and external projects, and be responsible for conducting market analyses. Ongoing contact/planning/reporting/travel with the principal's international contacts. Close communication and collaboration with various departments within Spendrups and various external agencies.

We are looking for someone who has recently worked as a Product Manager, Brand Manager, or Trade Marketing Manager with a good understanding of the grocery trade and, preferably, the restaurant market. Your background is primarily in fast-moving consumer goods, where you are accustomed to independently driving and coordinating campaigns and activities. It is advantageous if you have worked with international principals or in an international environment in a previous position. You have good knowledge of digital media and the Office suite.
