Interim Procurement Manager - Raw Materials

Main duties:

• Responsible for the optimal functioning of the company's raw material purchasing and leading the team around this
• Responsible for a team of about 4 people where you lead, coach in the daily activities
• Supports and coaches employees in maintaining good supplier relationships and negotiating the best possible terms
• Ensure that the team has the right conditions to create momentum and the ability to prioritize correctly
• Communicate internally with stakeholders and with external suppliers and authorities
• Report to Procurement Director Sweden

To be eligible for the role, you should have:

• Experience in purchasing, preferably with raw materials and preferably in FMCG or other manufacturing operations
• Experience in a large group in an international environment
• Leadership experience and a good commercial understanding
• Analytical and high ability to both solve problems and work with the right strategies
• Fluent in English and excellent in communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional dynamic environment
• Academic degree or equivalent

About the process:
The mission is expected to last from mid-April for 6 months.
We will present candidates and have client interviews at the end of week 15.
