Interim Process Engineer

Main duties:

• Develop and work with P&ID and process flow diagrams.
• Ensure that the process works as required and monitor flows and functions through the different phases of the project.
• Participate in technical choices of equipment and components - from dimensioning to ordering.
• Interact with project managers, assembly and external suppliers.
• Participate in the testing, commissioning and handover of the installation.
• Review and contribute to layout and piping design in AutoCAD (2D and 3D).
• Be involved in the establishment of new, smaller facilities.

To be eligible for the role:

• Engineering degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a process engineer.
• Experience working with P&ID and understanding and following up technical flows and processes.
• Ability to see the big picture but also get down to technical details.
• Experience working close to assembly, commissioning or testing would be an advantage.
• A practical, solution-oriented approach and confidence in working with both technicians and suppliers.

About the process:

The assignment starts immediately, is full-time, and is expected to last for approximately 12 months.
