Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim PMI Consultant to a listed group in Stockholm. The consultant has overall responsibility for integrating two companies before and after a merger.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for the integration of two companies both pre- and post-merger
- System synchronization and standardization to quickly achieve calculated synergy effects with the goal of creating increased shareholder value
- New operational processes and guidelines aimed at cost reduction
- Responsible for Project Portfolio Management, Project Management and Resource Development
- Weekly reporting to the Executive Board
To be eligible for the role:
- Proven successful experience in similar assignments
- Experience of working in the Nordic region
- Preferably experience working with or in scaleup companies
- You are both operational and strategic
- You are business-driven, analytical and enthusiastic
About the assignment:
