Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Plant Director for an industry located in Södra Dalarna. The client has approximately 500 employees and 2,3 billion SEK in turnover.
Main responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for quality, work environment issues, environment and safety.
- Produce according to agreed goals, drive and initiate development and improvement work.
- Develop measures to ensure continuous development of targets in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Follow up and ensure the application of laws and regulations applicable to the area of responsibility.
- Budget responsibility for all activities and for action plans to meet goals.
- Personnel responsibility for reporting according to the organizational chart.
- Active participation in management group meetings and contributing to the development of the organization.
- Work with product managers and the rest of the sales and marketing organization to develop profit margins and volumes.
To be considered for the role:
- Relevant academic degree in a related field and/or equivalent technical competence and work experience.
- Extensive knowledge in the field of work environment and technical background.
- Ability to work in accordance with the company's core values.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time on site, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to last approximately 9-12 months. Candidate presentations to the client will take place immediately, with interviews conducted by the client company shortly thereafter.
