Interim Commissioning Manager

The main responsibilities of the mission are:

• Establish and build the deployment organization
• Strategically and operationally lead and drive the work of the deployment organization
• Ensuring the commissioning of the facilities. All elements and their integration are planned and executed so that the functioning of the facilities is quality assured and that the schedule and budget are kept
• Actively and continuously follow up and have full control over the commissioning, test operation and performance tests within each delivery regarding progress and performance status at component and system level.

To be considered for the assignment, you have experience in business and project management in large project-oriented organizations (>500 MSEK), at least 5 years in a senior management position with subordinate staff and at least 5 years in a project management position in the construction and commissioning of cogeneration plants and/or wastewater treatment plants. You have proven knowledge in the establishment and development of new organizations and functions, understand quality assurance of multidisciplinary plant projects and have experience in costing, budgeting, financial control, financial monitoring, document management and project planning. Contract management, experience with LEAN and good knowledge of health and safety issues are also essential.

As a person, you are analytical and structured, good at communicating in speech and writing and driven by creating conditions for cooperation between people and what you can create as a united group.
