Interim Operational IR Specialist

As the company's Operational IR Specialist, you will be responsible for building and implementing a structured IR function ahead of the company's IPO. In your role, you will work closely with the company's CEO and CFO in their exciting growth journey.

Main duties:

• Responsible for setting up and structuring the IR structure for listing.
• Work operationally on inside rules, press releases and confidentiality management.
• Build and quality assure the IR structure so that the company is ready for IPO review.
• Work closely with management to ensure that all preparations are in place to pass the necessary review and approval process.
• Work on internal and external communication for the listing.
• Lead and support the process of creating a professional and structured IR flow in a growth company.

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience of working operationally in IR and IPO.
• Previous experience in fast growing companies in the tech or software industry.
• Strong ability to build structures and processes that meet the requirements of an IPO.
• Ability to quickly get into a small-scale company and drive processes forward.
• Experience in managing confidentiality, insider rules and communication as part of the preparation for an IPO.

About the process:
