Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Nordic HR Business Partner for a Nordic group. The company is located in Stockholm and has a turnover of around three billion.
As an interim Nordic HR Business Partner, you will join a company under pressure to change, where you will be responsible for driving and implementing development-related initiatives. You will be part of the business area management team and report to the Group HR Director.
Main duties:
- Operationally implement several Change Management initiatives
- Acting as a support for leaders
- Identify areas for improvement and develop HR processes
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Several years of experience as HR Business Partner also from international companies
- Experience in operationally implementing Change Management programs
- Experience in creating and developing HR processes
- Good habit of supporting managers in line with company ambitions and goals
- Experience of agile development work is an advantage
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6 months with the possibility of a secondment. The assignment will start as soon as possible in June with the possibility of some vacation. We present candidates on June 9 and interviews with the client company take place on June 10.
