Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Nordic Channel Marketing Manager OOH to a well-established company/brand with a turnover of several billion. You will be responsible for operational brand work and business development for the large-scale catering market = OOH (horeca, foodservice, vending, specialist retailers) in the Nordic region. You understand the brand process and brand management, working with your own brand, and the possibilities offered by various forms of digital marketing. We would also like to see that you have your own experience of service sales.
Main duties:
- Insight work: customer insight, market and competitor monitoring, trends.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Part of the brand development team.
- Idea development, planning, design, and scheduling of sales-driving and brand-building activities.
- Follow-up and performance measures for sales-driving and brand-building campaigns.
- Development of the company's business-to-business relationship, i.e., how they can increase integration with customers and control their final sales.
- Product range analysis, product range development & project management for new products
- Together with sales managers, create goals for KAM and the sales force that steer towards overall objectives.
- Annual development of an OOH plan that guides towards overall goals.
- Support PL OOH in driving digital marketing towards end customers, implement lead marketing strategy.
- Media, advertising agency, and design agency collaboration.
- Together with TMM, prepare, plan, and present agreed activities to the sales force and KAM function.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the export initiative (B2B).
- Support TMM in the development and procurement of promotional materials.
- Responsible for development and profitability monitoring of the accessories range.
- Plan news introductions/launches.
- Manage TMM and PL Digital Communication (directly) and Nordic product managers in the countries (indirectly).
- Coordinate and develop cooperation in the Nordic region.
To be eligible for the role:
- Academic education: Master's degree in economics or equivalent (IHM, etc.) or advertising education with a focus on
as an advertising buyer. - Experience as a product manager at a brand supplier.
- Experience from the marketing department of a food service wholesaler, vending machine retailer, or similar.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Experience as a salesperson, KAM, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience from an advertising agency.
- Good ability to work with others.
- Independent (able to make your own decisions and work independently).
- Responsible and dependable.
- Enjoy and find it easy to speak in front of a group.
- Good self-esteem and integrity.
