Interim Marketing Manager

Copiax AB has a turnover of approximately SEK 1,300 million this year and about 80 employees and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ASSA ABLOY Group, which is the world's largest security company with a turnover of SEK 76 billion and with 46,000 employees. You will lead the marketing department, which is an important part of Copiax's continued development and is responsible for delivering marketing services to the company's 2000 customers.

Who we are looking for:

• Operational Market Manager.
• Hands-on.
• Experienced leader who is good at managing staff.
• Passionate about creating added value for wholesaler customers.
• Experience from wholesale or B2B sales to retailers is an advantage.

Main duties:

• Managing the operational marketing department consisting of four people.
• Mapping the responsibilities and tasks of the department.
• Work strategically and develop the marketing department.
• Develop solutions on how best to organize the company.
• Reports to the CEO and is part of the Management Team.

About the process:

We present candidates the week starting 13/8 on a rolling basis and interviews at the client company are held the following week.
The assignment starts on August 27, no later than September 3 and is expected to last for 3 months. In this assignment you are employed by Interim Search AB. Apply by July 31 with your Swedish CV.
