Main duties:
- Responsible for the unit's day-to-day operations, staff, finances, development and work environment
- Developing working methods, procedures and processes
- Build a sales organization with high quality and service in the customer meeting
- Be an active, coaching manager and leader
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience in sales and business development
- Experience in developing processes and ways of working to increase operational efficiency and quality of delivery
- Committed, positive and clear leader with high integrity
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Experience in the waste industry is a big plus
