Interim Marketing Manager

Main duties:

• Responsible for the unit's day-to-day operations, staff, finances, development and work environment
• Developing working methods, procedures and processes
• Build a sales organization with high quality and service in the customer meeting
• Be an active, coaching manager and leader

To be eligible for the role:

• Solid experience in sales and business development
• Experience in developing processes and ways of working to increase operational efficiency and quality of delivery
• Committed, positive and clear leader with high integrity
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience in the waste industry is a big plus
