Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Marketing Manager for a company within FMCG located in Gävle. The company has a turnover of approximately 100 million and has 18 employees.
The client is looking for a strategic and results-oriented person to drive the company's commercial agenda with a focus on brand building, sales growth and international expansion. The role requires someone who has the ability to plan but is also used to doing operational work themselves.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategy supporting both the retail channel and D2C.
- Increase brand awareness.
- Together with the e-commerce manager, drive growth in e-commerce from 10% to 20% of total turnover.
- Work with KAM to ensure that the part of the marketing budget is coordinated with other activities and increases the share of the brand.
- Budget responsibility for marketing activities and ROI follow-up.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in FMCG/retail.
- Experience in D2C/e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Analytical ability and habit of working data-driven.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media.
- Used to working in smaller organizations where a lot has to be done practically by the role holder.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6 months starting immediately. There is a strong possibility that the assignment can turn into a permanent position as the client is actively looking for a permanent solution.
Candidates will be presented to the client by November 14th and client interviews will be held thereafter.
